Lots of condo developments are coming to downtown Kitchener that will reshape the core of the city. Population of the city downtown will double within the next few years. Lots of changes, and we will watch them. According to the city officials “it’s probably the most transformational time in the downtown’s history, just because of the numbers of people coming”.
